OverviewThis is a permanent part‑time role where Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer.
Retail Scan Associates use a downloadable app on their mobile phone to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store.

Grocery – Welches, OR (Wednesday or Thursday)
Responsibilities- Perform in‑store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
- Scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store, including displays and aisle end caps.
- Collect and provide the quantity of approximately 45% of the products scanned.
- Complete Display Scanning on the entire store each week; additional custom projects may add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work for those weeks.
- Report to stores within described deadlines and adhere to weekly deadlines to ensure data delivery to clients.
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
- Physical ability to endure being on your feet for long periods and to access products throughout the store.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Deadline‑driven self‑starter.
- Access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
- Tech savvy.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Estimated anywhere from 3-5 hours per week, for all stores, depending on store size and project requirements.
