Technical Sales - Industrial Equipment

Founded in 1972, Action Vibratory Equipment is committed to the design and manufacture of innovative material‑handling solutions. We serve customers worldwide, and our equipment powers industries including sawmills, recycling, foundries, quarries, and power plants.

We're seeking a full‑time, on‑site business development professional who excels at driving sales and building lasting relationships through exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills. The ideal candidate brings an aptitude and enthusiasm for technical sales and a keen interest in industrial equipment along with the ability to deliver custom solutions for complex customer needs.

• Identify, target, and engage prospective customers through a variety of communication channels
• Assess customer requirements and technical machinery applications/solutions
• Collaborate with our in‑house engineering team to develop custom proposals and solutions
• Prepare accurate price quotations and follow up professionally
• Represent ACTION at trade shows and occasional customer site visits

• Experience
  :
  Minimum 3 years in technical sales
• Ability to quickly develop expertise in our line of equipment and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

• Experience with vibratory equipment or material‑handling equipment
