• Minimum one year of customer service and/or sales experience in a professional office setting or retail environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with multiple computer platforms (Windows, Google, etc.).
• Bilingual English and Spanish highly preferred.
• Prior experience in insurance, real estate, hospitality, or banking highly preferred.

• Handle all incoming calls from clients and potential customers.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.
• Maintain client relationships with follow‑up phone calls.
• Call prospective customers using VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
