What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment and residential appliances.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Order and replace parts while maintaining accurate service records.
Communicate repair recommendations and updates with customers and team members.
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
Respond to occasional emergency or after-hours service calls.
Follow safety standards and work collaboratively to keep our community running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

You'd be a great fit if you have:

3–5+ years of appliance repair experience (commercial kitchen equipment preferred)
Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while being a great teammate
Great customer service and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
EPA 608 Certification
Appliance repair or related trade certifications

Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

Pass a DHS criminal background check
Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Pass reference checks
Provide employment eligibility documentation (I-9)
Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Carry required automobile liability insurance
