You'll work on everything from commercial kitchen equipment that serves hundreds of residents to residential appliances in independent living homes—all while being part of a supportive team that values craftsmanship, respect, and purpose.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment and residential appliances.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
- Order and replace parts while maintaining accurate service records.
- Communicate repair recommendations and updates with customers and team members.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
- Respond to occasional emergency or after-hours service calls.
- Follow safety standards and work collaboratively to keep our community running smoothly.
You'd be a great fit if you have:
- 3–5+ years of appliance repair experience (commercial kitchen equipment preferred)
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while being a great teammate
- Great customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA 608 Certification
- Manufacturer certifications
- Appliance repair or related trade certifications
- Pass a DHS criminal background check
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Pass reference checks
- Provide employment eligibility documentation (I-9)
- Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Carry required automobile liability insurance
