Safety Manager

Performance Food Group is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across our wholesale food distribution and transportation operations. In this role, you will design and manage safety programs for warehouses and fleets, conduct audits and inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company standards. You will investigate incidents, analyze safety data, and drive corrective actions that reduce risk and injuries.

Partnering closely with operations leaders, you will deliver engaging safety training, champion a safety-first culture, and support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
