Pay

Pay starting is $20.80/hr. ($23.50/hr. requires cross training with production operations) $1.50 - $2.00/hr shift Differential Annual increases

Work Schedule

6:00pm - 2:30am (Monday-Friday) 9:00pm - 5:30am (Monday-Friday) Required to work two weekends out of the month and holidays if needed.
* Overtime work as required*

Job Overview

Employees will perform cleanliness and sanitation of the production and non-production areas in the plant.

Wash and sanitize all infrastructure/equipment in or outside of the plant for inspection
Disassemble equipment and prepare for sanitation process
Utilize high-pressure hoses, foamers, and sanitizers including portable units
Be able to work with sanitation chemicals

Responsibilities & Duties

Perform all pre-operational safety inspections
Make sure guards are in place at work station
Know and follow all Quality Production Specifications in performance of the job
Know and follow all PPE and GMP in the performance of this job to ensure proper cleanliness of product
Use practices consistent with the highest possible quality and yield results
Housekeeping
Perform additional duties as directed by supervision

Qualifications

Ability stand for the duration of shift excluding designated break times
Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures for duration of shift excluding designated break times
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to bend, twist and kneel to complete the sanitation process
Ability to operate a high-pressure hose with nozzle
Ability to work full-time and overtime
Ability to work to weekend shift and 2nd shift (afternoon start time)

Working Conditions

Work is indoors; primary production floor is wet and cold; secondary locations are occasionally wet, seasonal climate.

PPE

You must wear the following PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): (bump cap/hard hat, safety glasses, slip resistant shoes, ear plugs).
