Newberry Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Emergency Department and join our exceptional team.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the charge nurse or Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) prescribes interventions, delegates and coordinates care of assigned patients. Gives direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care. In doing so, uses the nursing process with age-appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months in an acute care setting preferred

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
• Basic Life Support/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS/CPR) and Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) required
