Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$19 - $32 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour up to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

• Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Health and Beauty associates focus on two key responsibilities: taking care of customers and creating engaging merchandising displays. Associate responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
