School Speech Language Pathologist - Newberry, South Carolina

Work with a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students, primarily elementary age, while also supporting learners from kindergarten through high school.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP-CCC credential and eligibility for state licensure
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing K-12 caseloads, with a focus on elementary students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel between three local school sites as needed

• Deliver direct therapy services and language interventions for students with a range of communication needs
• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to implement IEP goals
• Provide guidance to paraprofessionals and staff on effective strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and student progress
