• Work with a mentor to accomplish established goals that support the business and offer a learning opportunity.
• Complete innovative, technical assignments in areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, Software Development, or GEA’s own Micro‑Factory, First Build.
• Attend development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
• Take part in networking, community volunteer projects, and optional in‑and‑out‑of‑work events such as lunches, weekend activities, sports, and cookouts.

• Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduation date May 2027 or later.
• Cumulative GPA >= 3.0 (out of 4.0).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States. This position does not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.

• Having completed two or more co‑op rotations before graduation.
• Related coursework in mechanical engineering.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Desire and ability to learn.
• Passion for engineering.
