• Work with your assignment leader to accomplish established objectives and goals that support the business and offer learning opportunities.
• Complete innovative technical assignments in various product areas including refrigeration, washer systems, and cooking products.
• Perform electronic design tasks such as PCB design, hardware design, and hardware debugging.
• Participate in development and training opportunities that enhance technical and professional development (communication skills, resume writing).
• Engage in optional events (lunches, weekend activities, sports, cookouts) and committee service (mentoring and tutoring elementary students).

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering) with a graduation date December
  2027 or later.
• Cumulative GPA≥3.0 (out of 4.0).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

• At least two co‑op rotations before graduation.
• Relevant coursework in electrical/electronic engineering.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Passion for engineering and willingness to learn.
