As a Mechanical Engineering Technology Co‑Op, you will work with a mentor on technical assignments in dimensional controls and metrology, modeling and simulation, and learn through hands‑on projects and training sessions.

• Work with your mentor to accomplish established goals that support the business.
• Complete innovative technical assignments including dimensional controls & metrology, modeling and simulation.
• Hands‑on learning in 3D scanning, Poly Works analysis, intro to geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T), model‑based definition.
• Attend development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional skills.
• Participate in networking and community volunteer projects.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• Graduation date December
  2027 or later.
• Cumulative GPA≥3.0 (out of 4.0).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

• Related coursework in mechanical engineering.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• 3D‑centric thinker / maker‑mentality.
• Desire and ability to learn.
• Passion for engineering.
