Industry 4.0 Technical Development Program
The Program is a two-year immersive experience designed for graduate or final-year engineering students. It focuses on advanced supply-chain engineering, controls automation, robotics, test systems, and factory simulation concepts, providing rigorous rotations and mentorship. The program is based in Louisville, KY, with occasional travel to other manufacturing sites such as Decatur, AL;
Lafayette, GA;
Selmer, TN; and Camden, SC.

Key Responsibilities- Complete four (4) six-month rotational assignments in controls automation, robotics, test system engineering, and factory simulation.
- Collaborate with leaders to achieve rotation goals and objectives and experience a dynamic hands‑on manufacturing environment.
- Identify and implement technical and process improvements.
- Participate in project ideation, development, and execution.
- Demonstrate analytical problem‑solving skills and autonomy.
- Lead cross-functional teams, influencing various business levels.
- Engage in regular feedback sessions and diverse training programs.
- Pursuing or completion of a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering, or related field).
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of graduation.
- Prior relevant work experience or internship/co‑op.
- Algorithm prototyping and coding skills.
- Familiarity with industrial controls, preferably Allen Bradley.
- Understanding of at least one CAD package, preferably Solidworks.
- Familiarity with industrial robots, preferably Fanuc.
- Electrical controls design and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands‑on experience with vision technologies.
