Edison Engineering Development Program – Mechanical – 2026, Louisville, KY

A three‑year entry‑level program providing at least three technical rotational assignments. Rotations span engineering roles across GE Appliances, a Haier company, in areas such as design engineering, systems management, finite element analysis, quality improvement, cost reduction, product reliability, and component & product testing. The program includes advanced engineering coursework, formal reports, and presentations to senior leadership. A Master’s Degree in Engineering is required and fully paid through campus partnerships.

• Integrate product designs with manufacturing and product management teams to meet customer needs.
• Apply technical problem‑solving skills in diverse engineering assignments.
• Develop technical and professional skills that support career growth in engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Cumulative GPA >= 3.0 (out of 4.0).
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Position located in Louisville, KY.
