Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a weekend day shift assignment at a Level III Trauma facility. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in an acute care environment and managing a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders

• Ensure patient safety and screening for MRI contraindications

• Operate and maintain MRI equipment

• Accurately document procedures in MEDITECH

• Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• ARRT (MR) Certification required

• BLS Certification required

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience

• NY license required for submission

• Acute care experience preferred

• Experience with MEDITECH preferred
