This Product Manager will be part of a team that is focused on delivering highly scalable systems for the distribution and logistics network at Tesla.

What You'll Do

* Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, including customer scenarios and future growth considerations

* Capture detailed requirements with use cases, process flows, and solution approaches that align with current operations and scalability needs

* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Warehouse, Logistics, Fulfillment, Material & Production Planning) and engineering teams to deliver world-class, scalable business applications and architecture

* Prioritize features, enhancements, architectural improvements, and operational excellence based on business value and impact

* Define, measure, and analyze KPIs to evaluate operations performance and drive data-informed decision making

* Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure product quality sign-off, and manage product documentation

* Handle product escalations, support knowledge transition, and ensure smooth ongoing operations and handovers

What You'll Bring

* Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent in experience, and 2+ years of experience in product management

* Hands-on experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, distribution, or back-office ERP processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Forecast to Build, etc.)

* Experience with greenfield implementations of ERP applications is a strong advantage

* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making; SQL proficiency and exposure to API-based systems integration

* Ability to work effectively with IT, engineering, UX, business stakeholders, end users, and external partners to deliver tailored solutions

* Solid experience working in Agile methodology with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior executives

* Willingness to travel up to 25%

Expected Compensation

* Software Product Mgr - $100,800 - $151,200/annual salary

+ cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
