Order Processing Specialist

Draft Kings is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to support our Casino Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you will coordinate and process inbound and outbound gaming equipment and supplies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. You'll manage order entries, verify shipping documents, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with vendors and carriers. Collaborating closely with operations, finance, and warehouse staff, you'll use logistics and ERP systems to optimize inventory flow.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage inbound and outbound orders for casino gaming equipment and supplies
• Enter and validate orders in ERP and logistics systems with high accuracy
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, receiving, and compliance documentation
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Assist with inventory reconciliations and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Collaborate with finance on billing, purchase orders, and receipt confirmation
• Identify and escalate process issues, recommending improvements to workflows
• Ensure adherence to casino, regulatory, and company logistics standards
• Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders on order status and issues
