Technical Laboratory Technician

Kerakoll Ibérica, a multinational BCorp certified group and leader in the manufacturing and distribution of construction chemicals, is looking for a Technical Laboratory Technician in Development and Research for its Spanish headquarters located in Almazora (Castellón).

Under the supervision of the Head of Development and Research of the Company, the selected person will carry out the following functions:

• Operate in the R&D phases related to raw materials, process, finished product, marketed and competitor products.
• Operate in the phases of technical claims analysis and perform the appropriate tests.
• Perform tests on various materials proposed by product technicians.
• Carry out the physical-chemical tests foreseen according to project or laboratory test, reporting the results to the responsible party.
• Deal with specific elaborations and interpretations of the data obtained, reporting the results to the responsible party and pointing out eventual anomalies.

Minimum requirements

• Degree in Chemistry.
• Previous experience in related sectors (construction/ceramics, etc.) is valuable.
• Experience in international environments is valuable.
• English medium-high level.
• Office knowledge.
• A committed, proactive person with a predisposition to teamwork, with initiative and responsibility.
• Possibility to travel sporadically to the parent company (Italy).
