- - Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business.;
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and termination decisions; staff scheduling and workforce planning; associate development and reviews.;
Ensure the safety of associates and pets; manage store operations, compliance with policies and procedures; monitor inventory levels and in-store conditions.;
Communicate business and financial objectives to leadership and staff; analyze reports and implement improvement plans; manage store P&L and expenses.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership team on events and community partnerships; oversee payroll processing and scheduling within budget.
