Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support Security Officers during assigned shifts

* Assist with daily scheduling, post assignments, and operational coverage

* Conduct patrols of vehicle lots, perimeter areas, and access points

* Monitor entry and exit gates to maintain site security

* Perform vehicle inventory support and security inspections

* Respond to incidents and assist with investigations as needed

* Prepare detailed reports and communicate security concerns to management

* Ensure officers are following post orders and site procedures

* Serve as a liaison between site management and security personnel

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Previous security experience preferred

* Prior leadership, supervisory, military, law enforcement, or security lead experience preferred

* Reliable transportation to Newburgh, NY

* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

* Ability to walk and stand for extended periods

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Professional demeanor and dependable attendance

* Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
