Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,600 – $1,725
• Estimated earnings based on experience, routes, and schedule
• Consistent miles and reliable pay

Orientation

• Online orientation available
• Streamlined onboarding process

Schedule & Work Expectations

• Multiple schedule options available
• Two days off weekly based on driver availability and freight needs
• Day and night shift options available
• Average workday: 10–11 hours
• Local routes with same-day return
• Availability to work assigned holidays as needed

Home Time

• Local operation
• Home daily

Position Overview

• No-touch freight
• Combination of live unload by customer and drop and hook
• Assigned, well-maintained equipment
• Freight options include refrigerated (reefer) and dry van

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a road test and pre-employment drug screen
• Must meet company safety and hiring standards
