Early Years Nursery Practitioner

We are interested in hearing from both qualified practitioners and those looking to begin a career in early years through an apprenticeship, with opportunities available across a range of working patterns including full time, part time and flexible casual work. About the role As part of our Nursery team, you will help deliver outstanding care and education for children within our setting.
Working closely with colleagues, you will help create a stimulating environment that supports each childs learning journey, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and our child-led in the moment planning approach. For those joining through our apprenticeship pathway, you will work alongside experienced practitioners while completing your Level 3 Early Years qualification, gaining valuable hands-on experience within a supportive environment.
About you We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with young children and thrive in a team environment. Depending on the opportunity, you may have: A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) Experience working with children under five A strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Applicants interested in the apprenticeship route should have a minimum Grade 3 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths and be committed to completing the apprenticeship programme.
