Great opportunity to join a 5 Red-Star property with a 3 Rosette Restaurant in Newbury.
- Working as part of the Sommelier team (7 Somms).
- Over 2,500 wine references.
- Opportunity to learn from an excellent Head Sommelier.
- 45 weekly hours.
- There is loads of training - tastings, supplier visits, external events.

As a Junior Sommelier you will be responsible for:- A section of the restaurant.
- Understanding the wine list.
- Service of wine and beverages.
- Upkeep of the cellar and wine vault.
- Back of house duties.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a natural passion for wine and the ability to offer a warm welcome and create an outstanding guest experience.
