Air Conditioning Engineer

Package : Salary up £45,000 /£1000 bonus per year / 40hr week / 8am-4.30 / Paid door to door / 24+8 days holiday / No on call / overtime available / pension / van / uniform

Location : M4 Corridor ( with the odd travel to Wales and South West if required - occasional staying away from home ) - flexibility is a must

Due to our first class services, we have become a preferred partner by Mitie, CBRE, ISS and Emcor working in a wide range of commercial properties. Our sites include the NHS, Banks, BUPA and Office Buildings.

We are now looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance and repairs of VRV, VRF, chillers, Split Systems, AHUs and some fridge
• Conducting routine maintenance on air conditioning systems in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and industry standards
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with air conditioning systems, and repairing or replacing components as required
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and carrying out repairs as necessary
• Field based meeting clients - Customer facing position

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• FGAS or NVQ level 2 refrigeration / air conditioning
• Full UK drivers license

Package:

• Basic Salary starting from: £40,000 - £45,000
• £500 bonus in June and £500 in November
• 40hr working week
• Door to door pay
• Travel rate mon Friday, x1.5 Saturdays and double time Sundays
• No on call rota
• Overtime rates paid at time and double time on weekends
