Overview

Call Center Representative - full-time, in-office at the Bank's Retail Operations Center in Newburyport. This position provides customer service across inbound channels, resolving routine account-related requests, answering questions, and completing service tasks. The role supports customers with bank products and services, including deposit and loan accounts, digital channels, and payment services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, comfortable navigating multiple systems, and committed to delivering accurate, timely support while following bank policies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide exceptional customer service across inbound channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve routine account-related requests and answer questions; complete service-related tasks.
• Assist customers with a wide range of bank products and services, including deposit and loan accounts, digital channels, and payment services.
• N avigate multiple systems to access account information and update records as needed.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
