• Have at least 4 years of post-graduate, professional firm experience working in all stages of site research, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Have hands-on experience taking large residential projects through to completion as part of a team.
• Have experience and a solid understanding of building science & design, including detailing exterior envelopes and facades.
• Possess strong time management and organization skills to balance several projects in various stages of development.
• Oversee the production of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Have expertise in Revit, Lumion, and Adobe.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Have professional and pleasant written and verbal skills for in-office and client communications.
• Have reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
