We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on complexity, collaboration, and delivering world‑class automation solutions.

This is more than a project management role, it’s an opportunity to own the full project lifecycle.

From initial concept and proposal development through to delivery, testing, and final handover, you’ll lead high‑value automation and material handling projects ranging from $100K to $10M
, typically delivered within 6 weeks to 9 months
.

You’ll be the driving force behind successful project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at every stage.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual, budget, and timeline requirements
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and documentation
• Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage change orders, and maintain project health
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Support and lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Drive smooth project close‑outs, including punch list management and documentation
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships
• Conduct post‑project reviews and help shape continuous improvement initiatives

You’re a confident, proactive Project Manager who can balance technical delivery with customer engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a customer‑facing project management role
• Experience managing complex, multi‑phase projects
• Strong knowledge of MS Office & MS Project
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to perform in a high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel ~20%

• Experience in automation, OEM, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Visual Manufacturing)
• Background in construction project management
