Due to rapid growth, we’re looking for an Electrical & Controls Engineer ready to take ownership, solve complex challenges, and play a key role in delivering world‑class automation solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems
• Create and document process sequences, IO mapping, and system specifications
• Program and configure:
  • PLCs (ideally Rockwell)
  • HMIs
  • Motion systems (including multi‑axis servo)
  • Robotics with line tracking
  • Machine vision systems (Cognex, Fanuc, Keyence)
• Lead and support FAT & SAT testing, ensuring systems perform flawlessly
• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems for continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, innovative environment:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in controls/automation engineering
• Strong PLC programming (preferably Rockwell)
• Experience with machine vision systems
• Solid understanding of safety standards and risk assessments

• Analytical thinker with excellent problem‑solving ability
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven
• Strong communicator with stakeholder‑facing confidence
• Able to visualise systems from concept to execution

• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) experience
• Background in food & beverage or life sciences automation

• Approximately 25% travel (including occasional 1‑2 week trips)

You’ll report directly to the Lead Programming Manager and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including:

• Electrical & Controls Engineering
• Robotics & Mechanical Engineering
• Project Management
