This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Optician based in Newburyport, MA. The Licensed Optician will assist clients with eyewear selection, perform adjustments and fittings, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include interpreting prescriptions, providing guidance on lens types and coatings, conducting basic optical measurements, and collaborating with optometrists and other optical team members. The role also requires maintaining product displays and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Strong knowledge of Optics and Optometry
• Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Ability to assist with interpreting prescriptions and performing basic Eye Exams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• New York State Licensed Optician or equivalent certification
• Proficiency with optical equipment and familiarity with industry regulations
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a dedication to providing quality care
