Description / Comment
Cardiac Sonographer / Echocardiographer - Monday-Friday 8:30a-5pm - 40 hours/week. Facility is not accepting local candidates.
Types of echocardiogram diagnostic tests:
- Diagnostic m-mode
- Two-dimensional
- Spectral Doppler
- Color Doppler
- Exercise/pharmacological stress echocardiograms
Responsibilities:
- Place and remove peripheral IV to administer contrast agent or agitated saline when criteria for imaging use are met via echocardiogram protocol.
Required Licenses and
Certifications:
- RDCS
- ARDMS
- BCLS
- BLS
- Active MA license required at time of submission
Education Preference:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in allied health preferred
Required Coversheets/Tests:
- BILH Coversheet Required
- COVID Vaccines + Booster and flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted).
Additional Requirements:
- Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
