Process Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Oversee all day-to-day production operations for the entire plant.
• Coordinate with the production team to identify and resolve production problems and bottlenecks.
• Design and implement safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Work closely with the development team when scaling up new products from laboratory.
• Monitor equipment and machinery operations to ensure they function optimally and develop preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase equipment lifespan.
• Conduct root cause analyses on product non-conformances and propose solutions to prevent future recurrences.
• Manage and oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment to minimize production delays.
• Determine the optimal layout and organization of the production floor to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management on Capital Improvements for replacement of plant systems, such as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Stay up to date with technological advancements in the manufacturing industry to improve processes and production.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of processing techniques.
