Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in electrical assembly? BCA is looking for a motivated, entry-level Control Panel Builder to become part of our growing team. • Assemble electrical control panels from engineering drawings, schematics, and layouts
• Follow proven company processes and best practices to deliver high-quality builds
• Interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials
• Complete panel layout work, including enclosure cut-outs and component mounting
• Work with a range of tools and materials, including wiring, drilling, and tapping
• Ensure accurate labelling and identification of components and wiring
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace
• Deliver professional workmanship on every project

Expect variety in your work

• An understanding of electrical wiring methods and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Knowledge of wire types, sizes, and colour coding
• Confidence using tools and working hands-on

• High School or Trade School diploma (or equivalent)
• Around 2 years of manufacturing or hands-on experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Travel across the U.S. for project work (with enhanced travel pay)
