Duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive registered nurse (RN) care for long term care residents
- Administering medications/interventions as prescribed
- Offering emotional support and education about treatments and procedures
- Maintaining accurate medical records and keeping team informed of changes in patient status
- Complying to all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
Skills and qualifications include:
- Active LPN license issued by MA required
- Clean background check and drug screen
