Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitors clinical status (e.g., monitor pattern, vital signs, patient signs and symptoms.)
• Interprets clinical data.
• Acts in accordance with clinical data interpretation and physician orders.
• Demonstrates proficiency in caring for the monitored patient.
• Interprets diagnostic tests as they relate to patient care.
• Responds appropriately in an emergency situation.
• Demonstrates clinical proficiency in all unit specific competencies and mandatory requirements.
• Completes criterion‑referenced competency checklists.

Scheduled

Hours:

32 hours a week. Rotating Weekends & Holidays. Shift diffs applicable.

Work Shift: 3P-11P

Education Required: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.

Licenses, Registrations, Certifications

Required:

• State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility)
• BLS
• ACLS

Experience: Previous experience with cardiac patients preferred. Previous hospital experience preferred.

Pay Range: $36.93 – $80.96 per hour. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
