The Anna Jaques Hospital Registered Nurse is an active participant in the health care team who provides direct and indirect care to patients, families and significant others, utilizing the components of the nursing process in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, values and mission behaviors of the patient care division.

Job Description

Our cardiac catheterization/interventional radiology lab performs diagnostic cardiac catheter procedures and peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, along with pacemaker, ICD implants, EP studies with ablation. The interventional radiology procedures include but are not limited to biopsies, port implants, drain placements, kyphoplasty and mechanical thrombectomy.

Our team is made up of experienced and passionate Registered Nurses and Radiologic Technologists, who collaborate to deliver high‑quality care. We currently work eight‑hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Monday through Friday.

As a cath lab/interventional radiology team member, you take the lead—prioritizing, coordinating and delegating patient care throughout procedures. You are autonomous in your practice and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity setting.

You’ll work side‑by‑side with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to ensure each patient receives safe, efficient and compassionate care. You’ll monitor patients, circulate during procedures and provide moderate sedation.

We care for individuals with cardiovascular and peripheral vascular disease, as well as patients requiring diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with multimodality imaging to include CT scan‑guided procedures, ultrasound and fluoroscopy.

Requirements
  • Active Massachusetts Nursing License
  • BLS
  • ACLS
Preferred
  • 2+ years of nursing experience
  • Current or recent critical care/ICU and ER experience
  • Any cath lab experience
Pay Range

$36.93 - $80.96

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
