We’re seeking motivated new graduates and early‑career Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in urgent care. As part of our supportive, collaborative team, you’ll provide exceptional care while playing a key role in improving the health and well‑being of our patients.

• Provide Patient‑Centered Care
  • Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories.
  • Interview patients, perform physical examinations, and study medical histories.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as x‑rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory studies.
  • Administer injections, immunizations, sutures, and wound management.
  • Educate patients on health, therapeutic regimens, and wellness.
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare clear, accurate medical records and sign all notes electronically.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant working environment and follow infection‑control policies.
  • Stay informed on legal and professional requirements, and advise management as needed.
• Collaborate with a Team Work proactively with other providers to treat patients and coordinate dispositions efficiently.
• Continuing Education Attend workshops, review publications, and participate in professional societies to maintain technical knowledge.

• Education, Licensure & Certifications
  • Master’s degree and certification by a PA or NP certifying body.
  • DEA license with no restrictions.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Relevant Experience Clinical experience through rotations or settings in emergency, urgent, or ambulatory care is preferred.
• Team Player Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a strong team dynamic.
• Communication Skills Proactive, confident communicator—written and verbal—capable of raising concerns with professionalism.
• Compassionate & Patient‑Focused Demonstrate kindness, understanding, and genuine care for patients.
• Technically Savvy Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Knowledge Areas
  • Customer and service delivery principles, quality standards, and patient satisfaction.
  • HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state laws and regulations relevant to medical practice.
  • Pharmacology and drug information.
  • Non‑pharmaceutical therapeutic aids.
  • Principles of medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.

Hourly Pay Range: $55 - $60 USD. Final compensation is determined at the conclusion of the interview process. Base pay may be supplemented by a productivity‑based incentive program tied to visits per shift and aligned with quality standards.
