The role features 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM), every other weekend and every other holiday, with a guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time). Local candidates are prioritized for winter staffing needs.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years as a Med Surg RN, with floating between Med Surg and Telemetry. Patient-to-nurse ratios vary by unit and time of day.
