At Cap Ex Resources, you’ll learn directly from experienced sales professionals who have spent years building relationships, negotiating, closing deals, and developing sales talent.
You’ll learn the business from the ground up—our products, our clients, how to build a pipeline, how to recognize an opportunity, and how to take a deal from the first conversation to the close.
Your compensation starts with a $50,000 base salary and company benefits, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through commissions and performance bonuses as you begin closing your own deals.
As your skills develop and your performance grows, so does your opportunity to earn more. WHAT YOU’LL DOYou’ll work directly with business owners across the country looking for capital to grow their businesses.
You’ll:
- Connect with potential clients by phone
- Understand their businesses and financing needs
- Present financing solutions based on each client’s needs
- Build relationships and consistently follow up with opportunities
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline
- Recognize and pursue new opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
