Y ou will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervis ion of a Chef De Partie . Q uickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.

Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Telford and is 4, 114-bedroom property.

Our hotel overlooks the Ironbridge Gorge with an 18 hole golf course and the dining options include the 1779 restaurant, Gorge bar & lounge, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.

The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
