Sellick Partnership are recruiting for Electricians to work on a permanent basis for a housing association in the Staffordshire area, carrying out carrying out high-quality electrical installations on occupied and void properties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Electrician:

• Carry out electrical works across domestic and commercial properties, including consumer unit replacements, rewires, upgrades, minor repairs and fault finding in line with current BS7671 standards
• Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations and all relevant certification in accordance with the latest IET Wiring Regulations
• Undertake additional electrical certification to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations (Part P)
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of electrical systems, including both 230V and 415V installations
• Ensure all work meets current wiring regulations, using approved materials installed to manufacturer guidelines
• Interpret drawings and work orders to deliver tasks accurately based on specifications and schedules
• Work in line with all health and safety procedures and legislation to maintain a safe environment for colleagues and customers
