This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Technician / Vehicle Technician to join a professional franchised dealership in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
You'll be working within a busy workshop environment, carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a range of modern vehicles while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and development.

THE ROLE
As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring excellent quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance

· Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

· Completing vehicle repairs to manufacturer standards

· Carrying out vehicle inspections and health checks

· Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults

· Completing all relevant workshop documentation

· Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

· Working closely with the wider Service and Workshop teams
 
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with:

· NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

· Previous experience as an Automotive Technician / Vehicle Technician / Service Technician

· Experience with in a franchised dealership or professional workshop

· Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

· Full UK Driving Licence

· Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
