The Role
· Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
· Maintaining and testing LV electrical systems
· Electrical fault finding and defect rectification
· Working on motors, control wiring and PLC / DCS-connected equipment
· Circuit and cable tracing
· Supporting planned outages and plant maintenance
· Responding to breakdowns and plant emergencies
· Working safely within Permit-to-Work procedures
· Reading technical drawings and completing maintenance records
· Supporting other maintenance and operations personnel as required What We're Looking For
· City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2, NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering, C&G 5357 apprenticeship or equivalent
· Practical industrial electrical maintenance experience
· Experience with motors over 15kVA
· Electrical fault-finding experience
· Control wiring experience
· Ability to read electrical / technical drawings
· Ability to work independently and respond effectively to breakdowns
Experience with PLC/DCS control wiring,18th Edition, confined spaces, MEWP, forklift, rigging/slinging or HV operational safety would be advantageous but is not essential. Why Apply? · £39,879 – £43,901 salary
