TTS Draftsman, Exempt

Engineering Position

Responsible for, but not limited to, prepare detailed engineering diagrams, including dimensions, and other engineering information. This position will work directly with the engineering department.

• Adheres to both RPC and Thru Tubing Solutions policies and procedures.
• Adheres to both industry and company safety policies.
• Maintains personal safety training at 90% with a goal of 100%.
• Positions instructions and comments onto drawings.
• Coordinates with and consults other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
• Reviews and analyzes specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
• Develops detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies, tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
• Modifies and revises designs.
• Meets all required deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
