Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed;
Ensure that all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s);
Greet customers with a smile, be polite and pleasant; maintain customer relations and resolve complaints quickly;
Attendance: understand schedule and report on time, and accurately record hours; maintain timekeeping;
Assist Profit and Loss management by following cash control, maintaining inventory and managing labor; oversee product preparation and health and safety standards
