We’re looking for an experienced Residential Electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and delivering solutions customers can trust.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and components
- Troubleshoot wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment
- Inspect electrical systems and recommend solutions to improve safety and performance
- Educate homeowners on electrical system operation, maintenance, and repair options
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes
- Mentor and support Apprentice Electricians as needed
Accurately document completed work using company software
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Residential electrical experience required
- Applicable state and local electrical licenses
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use mobile technology for documentation and invoicing
- Competitive base pay plus performance incentives (spiffs)
- Five or Four-day work schedule – depending on availability/ location
- No Sunday shifts
- No on-call rotation optional power hours with 2x spiffs
- Company-provided vehicle, fuel card, and dispatch from home
