This role involves leading the Ofsted registration process, establishing a nurturing environment, and building a staff team. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in children's residential care and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
A competitive salary of £48,000 to £60,000 and career progression opportunities are offered.
