Neath Port Talbot Council at Hillside Secure Centre is seeking staff to support a therapeutic approach for 14 young people aged 10–18 in a secure home. You will work directly with young people within a structured setting and contribute to education, vocational and recreational learning opportunities.
Patience, flexibility and experience with young people are essential, with shift duties including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays on a rota.
