Front of House Operative

You’ll enjoy the thrill of meeting and greeting new people and providing excellent customer service to all our guests.

• Be flexible to work in all areas of the operations department.
• Set up lunch areas to provide daily catering to guests.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Run day‑to‑day events operation and maintain standards.
• Seize all opportunities for sales and back up paperwork if payment not taken on the day.
• Be fully aware of the specifics of individual functions on a day‑by‑day basis, such as arrival times, refreshment break times, food service times and bar closing times.

Experience working within a large operation with high volume meetings and events and match day operations.

• 24 hours per week
• £12.60 per hour
• Monday – Friday, with additional hours for match days and events on evenings and weekends.
