We are looking for a bright, breezy, and professional Breakfast Host to join our team at Crowne Plaza, a 251‑bedroom hotel with a busy and vibrant breakfast operation.
As the face of our breakfast experience, you will be responsible for delivering the warmest welcome to our guests each morning.
Managing a high-volume breakfast host desk, you will guide guests to their tables efficiently while ensuring brand standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a friendly, professional, and engaging welcome to all guests.
- Manage the busy breakfast host desk, seating guests promptly and efficiently.
- Adhere to Crowne Plaza brand standards at all times.
- Read and anticipate guests’ needs, offering genuine and thoughtful service.
- Maintain excellent communication with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
- Adapt confidently to a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high levels of guest interaction.
- Handle guest enquiries and requests with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ensure the breakfast area atmosphere is welcoming, organised, and well‑managed.
Shift patterns are early morning from 06.30am across 5 days from 7 days.
What do we need from you?- A naturally positive, energetic personality — someone who is bright and breezy in the morning.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service with genuine care.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
- The ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
